Managing Director Paul Martin

Paul is responsible for the day to day running of the Company and heads up our Construction Management team, ensuring compatability between office input and site operations. Paul co-ordinates design, resource supply and required construction outcomes. He has over 20 years of Construction Management experience. His expertise extends to solving technology problems and providing knowledge led solutions and advice.

Owner Director Andrew Hill, FCIOB FHEA

Andrew has been associated with the family business for over 25 years. He has seen the company establish itself as one of the most well respected building contractors in the region. The creation and maintenance of reputation and goodwill is his personal goal. Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and assures a professional approach to any enquiry or work that you may be considering. He is also keen to encourage and advise future generations and in addition to his role in the company, Andrew lectures in Building Construction and Technology at Nottingham Trent University.

Owner Director David Stone

David has extensive construction knowledge developed over 30 years in estimating, quantity surveying and project management. David has built a reputation for integrity and reliability during his career. His shared aim with Andrew is to develop the profile of the Company and enhance its reputation making William Hill more prominent in the East Midlands and continuing to develop our links in the Home Counties.

Andrew Holland, BSc (Hons) ICIOB

The Estimating Department is run by Andrew Holland BSc (Hons) ICIOB. Andrew takes the enquiry source from initial receipt through estimating, pricing and on to tendering or quoting. He has intimate knowledge of construction design and technology and can translate this ability into providing a competitive price or tender sum. Andrew works with the Construction Management team to ensure efficiency with resource supply and contract cost and maintains a watching brief on all site operation cost.
