What are we?

• We are specifically a Building Contracting organisation
• We are your one point of contact
• We work through written orders or contracts
• We take on the total construction responsibility including subcontractors, and the completebuild process
• We project manage from start to finish
• We work extremely closely with clients, architects and surveyors in a “team and collaborative approach” where  problem solving becomes a matter of course
• We have a good client base who recognise our organisational skills adn professional approach to all types of building
• We can offer a design and build service 

• We are a family business established in the year 1875
• The Directors are Andrew Hill and David Stone
• Paul Martin is the Company general manger and is responsible for the company’s day to day running, assisted by Andrew Holland
• Our management team comprises of  Paul Martin (General Manager), Andrew Holland (Estimating and cost control, BSc Quantity Surveying), Stuart Andrews (Contracts Manager), Vicky Downing (Finance Manager),  Emily Wilson (Office Manager)
• We currently have a total of 26 employees, all our own directly employed tradesmen are CSCS certified, ranging from general operatives, ground workers, joiners, bricklayers and decorators.
• We use only tried and tested and well established subcontractors and suppliers, some of whom have had a business relationship with us for over 50 years
