COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

William Hill have worked on numerous commercial projects. This project was the conversion of a farm and large trator sheds into a community of small commercial units, such as offices, farm contractors and beauty treatment centre. The Architect was introduced to the client by us and one that had worked closely with us on other projects . The confidence of our approach was demontrated by an on-time and on budget project.

REFURBISHMENTS and SMALL WORKS

Refubishment work demands skills and management of the highest order so that the design, the quality and the timing can all come together to create something new from something old. At William Hill our trade operatives have grown up using traditional skills that are hard to find in other more contemporary construction firms. A sympathic approach to ongoing occupation and home owner needs, whilst their work goes on all around, is something that we try hard to manage and to control.

Small works and extension projects are similarly demanding and are areas that we have gained considerable experience from over many decades.
